Examinations & Graduation

Exam schedules are posted on the Faculty and university noticeboards before the examination period.
Graduating students must apply for clearance, meet all academic requirements, and pay the graduation fees. Details on fees payments are available on BUK Convocation Engine page.
Transcripts and certificates can be requested at the Registrar’s Office or at Individual faculties. Processing times vary, so apply in advance.
